HR Legal Counsel

Location: Must be based in Paris (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Support the HR Ops team daily on legal questions regarding hiring, onboarding, immigration, and performance management.
• Review and draft HR legal documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork.
• Lead negotiations and discussions that carry legal implications for the organization.
• Assist the VP of HR in managing collective labor relations and interactions with employee representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
• Strong legal reasoning, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
