Senior Decision Scientist, Measurement & Insights (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY, or remote from the United States via hub cities. New York team members work onsite three days per week; employees in Boston, DC, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco attend monthly Work Together Days.

Salary: $174,000–$205,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own key cross-functional reports end to end and connect metrics to stakeholder decision-making.
• Consolidate fragmented reporting across clinical product, member experience, AI, and healthcare initiatives.
• Surface cross-surface insights and translate findings into clear direction for stakeholders.
• Partner on scalable data architecture using SQL and Python to reduce one-off analysis requests.
• Define success metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations partners.
• Establish measurement standards and best practices while mentoring other analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant analytics or data science experience, including cross-functional or cross-surface work.
• Fluency in SQL and dbt, plus strong data visualization experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Looker and hands-on experience with Python or R.
• Experience designing scalable data structures and reporting from internal and third-party sources.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into direction.
• Active authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-based data.
• Knowledge of experimentation or statistical modeling.
• Experience building shared measurement frameworks or semantic and metrics layers.
