Director, Global Programs (SaaS)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $153,000–$215,000 per year; expected OTE of $184,000–$263,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead global teams across Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions.
• Hire, coach, and manage managers and individual contributors across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee enterprise deal business cases, ROI narratives, RFPs, and proposal responses.
• Direct program management resourcing, processes, visibility, and reporting across the Solutions organization.
• Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals through regional Partnership Solutions teams.
• Align priorities with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Partnerships leadership while establishing metrics for program impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, program or business operations, or a related client-facing function within B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams and building consistent operating processes across regions.
• Strong program management, prioritization, resourcing, and executive reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and build team structures, processes, and metrics in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with value engineering or ROI methodology and enterprise RFP processes.
• Experience supporting Partnerships or Alliances functions and partner-sourced deal motions.
