Director, Global Programs

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $153,000–$215,000 per year base salary; expected OTE of $184,000–$263,000 per year including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead global teams across Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions.
• Hire, coach, and manage managers and individual contributors across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee enterprise value consulting, ROI narratives, RFPs, and proposal responses.
• Direct program management resourcing, processes, reporting cadence, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals through regional strategic partnership solutions teams.
• Establish metrics, reporting rhythms, organizational structure, and hiring plans for growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, program or business operations, or a related client-facing function within B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams toward a shared operating rhythm.
• Strong program management, prioritization, resourcing, executive reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating across AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones and regions.
• Ability to build team structure, processes, and metrics in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with value engineering, ROI methodology, and enterprise RFP processes.
• Experience partnering with Partnerships or Alliances functions and supporting partner-sourced deal motions.
