Treasury Manager (Crypto)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office collaboration for 10+ days per month; office location is not specified.

What you will do

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, and treasury payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, intercompany settlements, and liquidity for wallet and funding obligations.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, account configurations, bank feeds, and centralized banking data.
• Support stablecoin RLUSD treasury operations, OTC trading, digital asset funding, and crypto-based accounts payable and corporate payments.
• Manage global bank and exchange accounts, including KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, user access, and account opening and closing.
• Support GTreasury implementation, bank relationship management, treasury systems, Jira troubleshooting, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Expertise in domestic, cross-border, foreign exchange, and digital asset payments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work proactively and respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CTP certification.
• Experience implementing or using GTreasury or Kyriba.
