What you will do

• Approve and oversee treasury payments (wires, ACH, RTP, and checks) with accuracy, authorization, and internal control compliance.
• Administer online banking platforms (access management, entitlement reviews, configuration) and act as the primary contact for banking system escalations.
• Manage Treasury purchase orders (creation, tracking, reconciliation) and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Procurement on timing and vendor queries.
• Lead unclaimed property recovery and manage the full lifecycle of letters of credit (issuance, renewals, amendments, draws, and expiration tracking).
• Monitor and analyze daily cash positioning to support liquidity management and daily investment activities.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of Treasury Analysts, serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries, and support audits and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Treasury Operations experience with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility.
• Direct experience with payment approval processes, bank account administration, online banking platforms, and a Treasury Management System (e.g., Kyriba).
• Hands-on experience with unclaimed property recovery.
• Experience managing letters of credit, including issuance, amendments, and lifecycle tracking.
• Experience managing purchase orders in a Corporate Treasury or Finance environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
