Lead Treasury Operations Analyst

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $162,500–$219,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Approve and oversee treasury payments, including wires, ACH, RTP, and checks, while maintaining authorization and internal-control standards.
• Administer online banking platforms, user access, entitlements, configurations, and banking issue escalations.
• Manage treasury purchase orders, unclaimed property recovery, and the full lifecycle of letters of credit.
• Monitor daily cash positioning to support liquidity management and investment activities.
• Coordinate Treasury Analysts through delegation, quality review, process guidance, and escalation support.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Procurement, and Accounts Payable on audits, compliance, inquiries, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Treasury Operations experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with payment approvals, bank account administration, online banking platforms, and Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba.
• Experience with unclaimed property recovery, letters of credit, and purchase order management.
• Strong knowledge of wire, ACH, RTP, and check processing, plus proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, judgment, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating or mentoring junior team members.
• CTP certification.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
