What you will do

• Partner with the Treasurer to develop and execute liquidity, capital, risk, and treasury strategies.
• Lead liquidity and capital management, including forecasting requirements and optimizing capital deployment.
• Assess treasury implications of regulatory and geographic expansion, including banking, liquidity, capital, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee treasury analysis, scenario modelling, and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Provide senior oversight of trading-related treasury activities, including OTC and exchange counterparty risk.
• Build scalable treasury infrastructure, controls, processes, and external partnerships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury, financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets, banking, or another highly regulated and financially complex environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with digital assets or stablecoins.
• Hands-on experience with stablecoin reserve management, custody and wallet considerations, and exchange or on-chain counterparty risk.
• Advanced expertise in liquidity and capital management, treasury risk management, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking, payments, money transmission, or digital asset and stablecoin regulation.
• Ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders with significant autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
