(USA) Realty Project Coach (Retail Construction)

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado, United States; based out of a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states or farther across the US. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to key stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, and store team leads to resolve escalations and maintain progress.
• Supervise, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize hourly associates while identifying development opportunities.
• Travel frequently to project locations, with mileage reimbursement and paid overnight stays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and availability for frequent travel of up to 1,000 miles from home.
• Availability for primarily overnight shifts lasting approximately 10–12 hours.
• Ability to complete required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
