Scrum Master

Location: Two hirify.global Plaza, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; in-office position

What you will do

• Support and facilitate one to two Scrum Teams across various functions.
• Organize and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach Scrum Teams on Agile values, principles, and framework execution.
• Identify and remove impediments while protecting teams from outside influences.
• Track team progress, velocity, quality, and risks, and provide delivery visibility to stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Owners to clarify and prioritize backlog items based on business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, Agile project management, coaching, facilitation, and conflict management.
• Knowledge of project management, risk management, quality assurance, software testing, and information management.
• Ability to support customer-focused decision-making and manage risks in line with enterprise risk requirements.
• Must work in the hirify.global office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
