Citizens Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: New Haven, Connecticut, United States; branch-based role

Salary: $85,050–$116,550 per year, plus potential incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Lead branch performance, sales growth, and customer and colleague experience.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
• Direct sales and colleague activities while managing objectives, deadlines, and profit-and-loss outcomes.
• Promote mobile and online banking solutions in a digital-first customer environment.
• Build relationships with community and civic organizations to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain operational integrity and ensure compliance with applicable banking requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of sales management experience in a retail or branch banking environment.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop teams in a high-volume branch.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales, branch, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Successful completion of SAFE Act requirements, background checks, and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier are required.
• Work schedule varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings; 40 hours per week.
