What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory processes.
• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues, and achieve production goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business relationships and refer customers to relevant banking partners.
• Develop new consumer and business relationships through community involvement, calling programs, and business development.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, colleague development, and internal partnerships.
• Use banking tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities across branch and digital channels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, customer service, process management, coaching, and colleague development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Experience leading branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital channels.
