C&IB Associate Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Support banking activities including underwriting, relationship management, and commercial banking product activities.
• Analyze client information and execute solutions from transaction request through booking or from proposal through closed business.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Interact with internal and external clients to gather information, address product-related questions, and expand relationships.
• Prepare or support offerings and scorecards while developing credit, product, and sales capabilities through mentoring and business learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and client relationship building.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Troy, Michigan; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
