Data Analyst IV (Healthcare)

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex analytical data projects supporting claims, provider, member, clinical, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting operations.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems and platforms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables, then recommend actions to management.
• Review data for operational impacts, trends, improvement opportunities, and required follow-up.
• Perform data quality audits and analysis to support federal and state reporting requirements.
• Train and mentor Data Analysts and assist with workload planning and project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills, including writing code, stored procedures, and SSIS packages.
• Experience managing projects or significant involvement in project implementation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and working with Snowflake, Control-M, and enterprise reporting.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
