Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor (Data Analytics)

Location: United States work at home. Candidates within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; St. Louis, MO; or Scottsdale, AZ may be asked to work in person three days per week.

Salary: $96,700–$161,100 USD yearly, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT while performing hands-on development.
• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces, automation tools, and data pipelines supporting provider data and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Ingest, transform, reconcile, and consolidate data from internal systems and external vendor files.
• Automate complex reconciliation and matching workflows to reduce manual operational effort.
• Modernize legacy reporting and automation solutions to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Define data structures, tables, indices, and upstream data-capture requirements with IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience creating programmatic solutions and driving insights from large data sets.
• Strong experience with complex SQL and relational data design.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS, or a comparable combination of scripting and programming languages.
• Experience building custom user interfaces or internal tools for data capture, automation, or operational workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into production-ready solutions and deliver projects in ambiguous enterprise environments.
