Senior Product Owner (SAP/O2C)

What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of Order-to-Cash capabilities.
• Build customer-facing and internal products across Accounts Receivable & Collections and Contract & Order Management.
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, releases, and measurable product outcomes.
• Partner with Agile teams, architects, business stakeholders, UX, operations, and customers.
• Use customer research, quantitative data, and trade-off analysis to guide product decisions.
• Support modernization using SAP FI-AR, SAP SD, RightAngle, and custom .NET applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash capabilities, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Contract Management, or Order Management.
• Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Preferred experience with SAP SD, SAP FI-AR, and energy, manufacturing, or transportation industries.

Nice to have

• Product Owner certification such as CSPO or PSPO.
• Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution or SAP Accounts Receivable.
