Product Owner (AI)

hirify.global is hiring a Product Owner to align healthcare-related products, platforms, and processes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery with business owners, customers, account relationship managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
• Define product goals, maintain roadmaps, and act as a subject matter expert for one or two assigned domains.
• Resolve stakeholder conflicts, evaluate alternatives, communicate tradeoffs, and make product decisions within delegated authority.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business benefit, operational impact, risk, regulatory requirements, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, architects, UX professionals, and delivery partners to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Represent the product in Agile ceremonies, review completed increments, support releases and training, track product metrics, and provide final signoff on story cards and defect fixes before production migration.

Requirements

• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
• Ability to lead backlog refinement and ensure Agile teams understand user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and intended outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate product adoption, customer impact, operational performance, quality, incidents, and realized business value using metrics and analytics.
• Ability to support basic SQL queries for product validation, acceptance-criteria verification, and routine data investigation.
• Ability to implement approved AI initiatives with appropriate human oversight and compliance.
