Senior Product Owner (MuleSoft)

Location: Bridgestone Tower. International travel may be required.

What you will do

• Translate customer and business requests into epics, features, and actionable user stories for Agile engineering teams.
• Write detailed technical and API-level user stories that provide sufficient depth for implementation.
• Own backlog refinement, sprint-planning inputs, prioritization, and day-to-day delivery execution.
• Coordinate dependencies and sequencing across Backend, Frontend, MuleSoft integration, and DevOps teams.
• Track progress, unblock teams, and maintain scope and quality throughout delivery.
• Coach less experienced product professionals and support continuous improvement and delivery automation.

Requirements

• Product Owner or similar experience delivering technical products.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical and API user stories and decompose work from epics to features to stories.
• Experience working with Backend, Frontend, integration platforms such as MuleSoft, and DevOps teams.
• Experience collaborating with remote and offshore development teams across time zones.
• At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Employment eligibility requires completion of Form I-9; temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify applicants.
