Product Owner II - Fleet Solutions (Automotive)

Location: Arlington, TX, United States (Hybrid); two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Own product success within an Agile Scrum team by maximizing development team output.
• Maintain and prioritize the product and team backlog in partnership with Product Management.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend product, system, and process enhancements.
• Define product roadmaps, user stories, launch scope, and measurable product outcomes.
• Coordinate vendors, internal departments, leadership, and business partners to deliver features on time and within SLA.
• Measure product performance and communicate project status and production results.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• Experience with product roadmaps, portfolio/program/team backlogs, refinement, and prioritization.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON-based APIs, cloud technologies, service virtualization, test data management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts, risk management, loss control management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience collaborating in a matrix organization with business stakeholders, UX teams, project managers, developers, and other partners.
• Agile certification such as PSPO, CSP-PO, POPM, or APM required; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, evaluating AI outputs, and integrating AI into workflows.
