Vice President, HR AI Enablement (AI)

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in Houston, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas

What you will do

• Lead the HR workstream of the enterprise AI acceleration initiative and define how employees and AI collaborate to improve operations, decisions, and productivity.
• Establish AI governance, responsible-use frameworks, adoption priorities, funding alignment, and cross-functional operating models.
• Design workforce strategies, skills-based capability models, upskilling and reskilling programs, and AI-enabled talent management practices.
• Build measurement systems for baseline KPIs, efficiency outcomes, impact validation, ROI, and workforce value.
• Oversee Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development programs, including AI-enabled learning pathways.
• Lead HR Business Partners supporting HR and IT and provide strategic guidance to improve employee experience, performance, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, technology, data science, computer science, or a related accredited field.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology transformation, enterprise talent strategies, strategic change management, employee experience, or enterprise enablement.
• Experience leading teams of HR professionals and enterprise-scale transformations using AI, automation, data, or digital technologies.
• Experience redesigning operating models, optimizing end-to-end workflows, and modernizing technology ecosystems.
• Experience creating skills-based talent models, workforce upskilling and reskilling strategies, and AI-enabled talent development programs.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, responsible AI principles, and cybersecurity protocols.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or other asset-intensive organizations with large, distributed workforces.
• At least five years of HR or technology consulting experience advising Fortune 1000 companies.
• Experience modernizing employee experience, employee listening, HR products, and HR services through technology, data, and AI.
• Experience transforming an IT organization toward an AI-forward operating model.
