Vice President, People Business Partner & Employee Relations

Location: Remote US

Base pay per year: $340,000–$380,000

What you will do

• Define the strategy, structure, and operating model for the global People Business Partner and Employee Relations functions.
• Build high-performing PBP and ER teams through talent decisions, development, coaching, hiring, and clear accountability.
• Advise C-suite and executive leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership, talent, and operating-model decisions.
• Lead talent planning, succession, executive assessment, performance management, and significant organizational change.
• Set a consistent, fair, and scalable global Employee Relations model and oversee complex investigations, executive matters, and conduct issues.
• Partner with Legal on employment practices, policy, risk management, and emerging organizational risks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in complex, global technology organizations at scale.
• Significant experience leading a global People Business Partner organization and building high-performing PBP teams.
• Experience leading Employee Relations, including sensitive investigations, executive-level matters, and complex employment decisions with Legal.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with C-suite executives while maintaining independent judgment.
• Expertise in organizational consulting, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong business acumen, talent judgment, executive presence, emotional intelligence, integrity, and ability to navigate sensitive decisions.
