Resource Development Coordinator

Location: hirify.global, United States; onsite position.

Salary: starting at $47,900 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.

hirify.global’s Center for Health and Safety Culture conducts interdisciplinary research, training, and support services to help communities develop healthier and safer cultures.

What you will do

• Coordinate the development of research resources for diverse health and safety audiences.
• Manage iterative content, editing, design, revision, and delivery processes across multiple resources.
• Track timelines, deliverables, dissemination activities, and project progress for Center leadership and project teams.
• Revise and adapt resources for different audiences and prepare deliverables that meet accessibility, design, and quality standards.
• Support dissemination through email, websites, social media, webinars, newsletters, and other channels.
• Develop communication plans, identify new outreach approaches, and contribute to Center engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated skills relevant to the assigned work, or an equivalent amount of experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in outreach, communication, resource development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience developing evidence-based health and safety resources, toolkits, or guidance documents.
• Experience with graphic design or collaboration with graphic design professionals.
• Experience working with multiple project leads.
• Knowledge of social media, webinar, and newsletter dissemination tools such as Constant Contact.
• Understanding of Section 508 compliance and experience creating compliant documents.
