Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; remote and hybrid work indicated

Salary: $108,160–$162,240 annually. Geographic-specific structures include $118,960–$178,440 and $124,400–$186,600.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of enterprise career planning, development planning, talent review, calibration, succession planning, and skills development processes.
• Define enabling technology experiences and requirements across Development Plans, Talent Card, Talent Marketplace, Gigs, Career Hub, and career navigation tools.
• Use talent analytics and success metrics to monitor adoption, evaluate process effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop guidance, communications, toolkits, job aids, FAQs, talk tracks, and training for HR partners, leaders, and employees.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, HR Advisory, and Talent Analytics to modernize talent management practices and support career consultations.
• Create automated and scalable self-service support using AI tools and digital workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, or related HR disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide career development, talent review, succession planning, and skills processes.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and using Workday as a process owner.
• Strong capabilities in user-centered design, consulting, stakeholder partnership, change management, communication, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving.
