Sr. Product Manager - Payment Processing

What you will do

• Drive the strategy and evolution of commercial payment products across ACH, wire, book transfer, check, and instant payment rails.
• Define product vision, objectives, roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and release decisions in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Gather and validate customer needs, conduct feedback sessions, and identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Apply knowledge of payment capabilities, economics, risk, and operating models to improve commercial banking workflows.
• Assess technical issues, technical debt, resiliency, compliance, and resource trade-offs when prioritizing product work.
• Support testing through quality assurance and user acceptance testing, and develop metrics to evaluate feature success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience in product or service development and at least 3 years of Agile product management experience.
• Subject matter expertise in money-movement orchestration and integration with payment systems, including checks, ACH, book transfers, wires, and real-time payments.
• Experience with product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, financial strategy, and strategic partners.
• Experience defining and launching products or platforms in software or technology environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of Atlassian products, Miro, and Productboard.
