Patient Service Representative - Outpatient Rehab Rivers Edge - Per Diem

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; onsite at Outpatient Rehab at Rivers Edge, 185 Queen City Ave. Variable schedule covering days and early evenings, Monday–Friday during 7:00 AM–7:00 PM clinic hours.

hirify.global provides outpatient rehabilitation services through Elliot Rehabilitation Services, with physical, occupational, and speech therapy across eight clinics in the greater Manchester area.

What you will do

• Greet and register patients, explain applicable policies, and assist with paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and process messages.
• Receive physician referrals, track referral status, and perform insurance verification.
• Schedule therapy evaluations and visits according to established guidelines.
• Maintain therapist schedules, update medical records, collect payments, and process charges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within the first 90 days and maintain it throughout employment.
• Availability for per diem work during days and early evenings.
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire.
