What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision and activation strategy for AI-enabled consulting services.
• Build a prioritized AI roadmap with sequencing, dependencies, investments, and measurable success criteria.
• Redesign consulting workflows, service delivery models, team structures, client-value propositions, and operating capabilities around AI.
• Translate consulting needs into business and technical requirements while evaluating architectures, estimates, risks, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Drive workforce enablement through role-based capability expectations, embedded learning, reusable knowledge assets, and practice champion networks.
• Establish intake, prioritization, pilot, measurement, and scaling processes with KPIs covering adoption, quality, revenue, margins, and workforce capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant professional credential is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, AI-enabled transformation, digital strategy, operating-model design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to business processes, knowledge work, service delivery, or professional workflows.
• Strong understanding of professional-services economics, including pricing, utilization, leverage, capacity, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, data and integrations, evaluation, security, model limitations, and human oversight.
• Strong executive communication, critical thinking, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with sound judgment regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, responsible AI, and quality control.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in a large, multi-service consulting or professional-services organization.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic, custom GPTs, AI agents, knowledge retrieval, or workflow automation.
• Experience scaling AI-enabled offerings, accelerators, centers of excellence, champion networks, workforce enablement, or knowledge-management programs.
• A visible body of applied work, measurable outcomes, or thought leadership demonstrating sustained business value from AI.
