2027 Summer Intern - Structured Finance Ratings

Location: New York, New York; in-person Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The internship runs from June 2 through August 5, 2027.

Base pay: $26 per hour at the commencement of employment.

hirify.global is a credit rating agency with structured finance teams covering asset-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, and structured credit.

What you will do

• Gather, input, and analyze data supporting structured finance team operations.
• Assist with surveillance and new issuance deal workflows.
• Support analysts in preparing credit committee materials.
• Test analytical models and tools and contribute to sample credit reports.
• Present mock transactions in committee-style settings.
• Complete a capstone project and present it to senior staff at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Undergraduate concentration in finance, accounting, business, economics, or real estate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to learn data and finance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate closely with others.

Hiring process
