Manager, Maintenance & Engineering (Plastics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the maintenance and engineering departments, including staffing, training, costs, contractors, and facility standards.
• Lead corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
• Plan and execute capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Apply lean principles and downtime data analysis to reduce waste, improve throughput, and increase operational performance.
• Forecast and approve monthly repair and maintenance spending while organizing and tracking capital projects.
• Partner with production and quality teams to introduce processes, improve equipment, and support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management or Plastics Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment.
• Systematic RJG training certifications.
• Experience in injection molding, tooling management, and facility maintenance is preferred.
