Senior Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist

Salary: $62.00–$76.00 per hour ($128,960.00–$158,080.00 annually)

hirify.global is a law firm with a Technology Client Services Department supporting attorneys and business professionals through technology training and adoption.

What you will do

• Coach personnel and deliver technology-related classes in physical and virtual classroom environments.
• Create educational resources, curricula, instructor-led courses, videos, written documentation, and other learning solutions for Microsoft Office, iManage, and firm applications.
• Consult with Technology management, HR, Administration, and users to diagnose performance issues and develop customized training and coaching solutions.
• Develop training materials aligned with complex project plans, milestones, stakeholders, rollout strategies, and effectiveness measures.
• Maintain, update, curate, and retire training resources while researching new learning content and industry trends.
• Schedule training, maintain registration and completion records in the learning management system, address training requests, and support technology QA and documentation efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with software systems and participation in or coordination of business training projects.
• Prior instructional design and curriculum development experience for technology-related material.
• Ability to develop learning objectives, competency requirements, reference guides, instructor-led materials, and assessments.
• Understanding of adult learning facilitation techniques and experience teaching technology-related material in both in-person and virtual classrooms.
• After hirify.global orientation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in education, technology, business, or a related field.
• Technical writing or visual design experience.
• Experience with video recording and editing, voiceover, or filming learning materials.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Manual of Style, learning management systems, learning development tools, and virtual classroom tools.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
