Lead Enterprise Learning & Development Facilitator

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid work from remote and onsite locations, with residence within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global facility required. Periodic onsite delivery is required for in-person leadership programs, senior leader engagements, and large-scale live programming.

What you will do

• Design, facilitate, and operationalize enterprise-wide leadership development programs across in-person, virtual, hybrid, cohort-based, and large-group formats.
• Facilitate learning on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, coaching and feedback, courageous conversations, change leadership, strategy execution, accountability, and enterprise leadership expectations.
• Plan and execute large-scale live programming, including cohort experiences, speaker segments, panels, networking, action planning, and participant follow-up.
• Manage end-to-end program operations, including schedules, communications, prework, materials, technology, vendors, surveys, and post-program activities.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent partners, vendors, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to align programs with business priorities.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and build facilitator capability through train-the-trainer sessions, coaching, calibration, and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of related work experience; seven or more years facilitating leadership development programs is desired.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and managing cohort-based leadership programs in a large, complex corporate environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, facilitation, consulting, influencing, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Webex, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, other learning technologies, and Learning Management Systems.
• Must be able to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Communication, or Business.
• Current or prior people leadership experience.
• Experience working with mid-level leaders or leaders-of-leaders.
