Customer Service Rep (Packaging Automation)

What you will do

• Process, track, and expedite customer orders while verifying accuracy.
• Address shipment and delivery inquiries from customers.
• Follow up with customers and internal support teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Coordinate special project tasks and use company tools for order follow-up and communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Computer literacy and the ability to understand customer needs and production processes.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Two-year degree or relevant certification.
