Access Equipment Service Trainee (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote-US-Pennsylvania; the role includes office, production, and field activities with 50% travel.

Salary: $51,400–$79,200 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Complete a structured rotation across service operations, customer advocacy, warranty, training, manufacturing, engineering, product management, and field travel.
• Support inside service operations and assist with field customer calls.
• Coordinate activities across departments as a liaison for the Service team.
• Work with Service Representatives to enter customer information and document service cases accurately.
• Analyze regional service trends and provide insights for business improvements.
• Travel to customers and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and web-based software.
• Ability to perform office, field, and production work, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
