What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate customer service team members and direct reports.
• Delegate daily workloads, maintain balanced coverage, and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, internal teams, and outside services to procure work and resolve issues.
• Attend production meetings and communicate workflow, skill-set, and process information across teams.
• Provide training, hands-on support, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend operational changes to meet customer and facility needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the function of work and 5 years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, email, and internet tools.
• Availability for first-shift work in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
