Salesforce Administrator (GovCloud)

Location: Remote in the United States, or onsite/hybrid from one of hirify.global's US offices; up to 10% travel.

Base salary: $128,445–$183,450 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and administer the Salesforce Government Cloud environment supporting federal business.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, licenses, and least-privilege controls.
• Build declarative enhancements, reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Maintain data quality, deduplicate records, manage sandboxes and releases, and evaluate Salesforce updates.
• Support Salesforce Shield controls and prepare evidence for FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-171, and internal audits.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, manage the request queue, lead UAT, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional Salesforce administration experience or equivalent experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201); advanced administration of the declarative platform is required.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP-authorized environments, and regulated or compliance-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of access governance, data quality, imports, deduplication, reports, flows, permission sets, and page layouts.
• Must be a U.S. Person and able to handle CUI within a Salesforce Government Cloud/FedRAMP environment.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; strong communication and independent prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, ITAR, and CUI requirements.
• Experience with federal or public-sector sales, deal desk, RevOps, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Agentforce, or Salesforce integrations.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
