Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid role based in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States

Salary: $76,600–$144,700 base pay annually, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement, including users, permissions, profiles, roles, and security.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, document functional specifications, estimate enhancements, and deliver solutions through Salesforce configuration and custom development when needed.
• Design and improve workflows, automation, validation rules, standard operating procedures, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage sandbox refreshes, deployments, change-set hygiene, testing scenarios, and CI/CD releases.
• Support go-to-market teams through training, enablement, troubleshooting, and clear communication about new Salesforce functionality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as scrum master, unblock the team, and coordinate delivery through Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or similar experience.
• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification: ADM201.
• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role and 3+ years administering Sales and Service Cloud.
• 3+ years of Agile project management experience, preferably using Jira.
• Understanding of SAP structures, orders, quotes, price lists, and Pardot segmentation and communications.

Nice to have

• Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant, or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Pardot, Experience Cloud, computer telephony integration, and marketing automation technologies.
• Previous scrum master experience and familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud.
