Senior Product Designer (HR Tech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City office

Salary: $166,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver polished interfaces that guide users through complex decisions and transitions.
• Define design problems through discovery and translate user and business insights into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and other cross-functional partners to shape and launch experiences.
• Test, iterate, and deliver coherent product experiences across multiple product areas.
• Extend and adapt shared design patterns and systems when needed.
• Support less-experienced designers contributing to shared initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Experience driving initiatives from discovery through delivery across multiple product areas.
• Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional product teams.
• Refined visual design, typography, brand, and interaction design skills.
• Fluency in Figma and AI prototyping tools.
• Portfolio with at least two shipped product experiences and documented design processes, explorations, outcomes, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, insurance, or related domains.
