Location: Onsite in Arlington, Mesquite, or Irving, Texas; work at a hirify.global location five days a week. Some travel is required.

Salary: $17.74–$31.15 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the Regional Manager with invoice processing, maintenance cost tracking, inventory control, and repair outsourcing oversight.
• Monitor company trailering and switching equipment.
• Conduct inspections of company-owned and approved equipment.
• Verify compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and company brand standards.
• Monitor Business Controls Self Audit compliance and assist with process development.
• Collaborate with station, district, regional, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• No prior experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong time-management, organizational, data-tracking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Arlington, Mesquite, or Irving, Texas.
