Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 4191 N 26th Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; closed weekends.

Salary: Up to $85,000 annually for highly qualified candidates, plus team performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Present clear, appropriate repair solutions and sell services honestly.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities.
• Communicate professionally by phone and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications and assist other employees as needed.
• Shuttle guests in a branded company vehicle when required.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability and reliability for a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
