What you will do

• Greet customers and create a professional, high-quality service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and explain recommended services, timelines, and costs.
• Serve as the primary customer contact from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
• Coordinate with technicians to support efficient workflows and timely repair completion.
• Maintain customer relationships, keep customers informed, and support high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
• Assist with warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven approach with the ability to recommend services confidently and ethically.
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
