What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive service and repair matters.
• Communicate between customers, managers, and technicians while understanding customer concerns.
• Arrange appropriate services and repairs and manage expectations for customers and technicians.
• Explain required repairs and recommended maintenance to customers.
• Monitor repair quality and timeliness while delivering strong customer service.
• Work productively in a fast-paced dealership team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance, dependable conduct, friendly demeanor, and composure under stress.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Basic computer and internet skills; CDK or X-Time experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• One year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Experience with CDK and/or X-Time.
