Loan Phone Servicing Representative (Consumer Lending)

Location: 14985 Glazier Avenue, Apple Valley, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $22–$26 per hour, plus a 5% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Assist members through phone and other communication channels with consumer loan servicing inquiries.
• Process payments, resolve payment discrepancies, handle payoff requests, and issue payoff letters.
• Provide support for total loss situations, title information, and lien-release documentation.
• Rotate through servicing emails, insurance and loan inboxes, message center requests, payoff letters, and deferrals.
• Research loan accounts and transaction histories, complete follow-up calls, and resolve inquiries from start to finish.
• Maintain working knowledge of GAP, warranty, and payment protection products while following Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of combined financial services, customer service, or mortgage lending experience.
• At least 1 year of consumer lending experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, build member relationships, and collaborate with others.
