Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Westworth Village

Location: On-site in Westworth Village, Texas, United States, at 6400 Westworth Blvd; may require work at or permanent transfer to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide basic counseling on deposit, lending, card, and other financial products.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and related member products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with financial regulations.
• Share knowledge and best practices with branch team members as experience grows.

Requirements

• Ability to build effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Effective research, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, adapt to evolving technologies, and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work on-site in Westworth Village and potentially at neighboring branches.
• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
