Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Fleming Island

Location: On-site at 1826 Town Center Blvd, Fleming Island, Florida 32003, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide guidance on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and related services.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and member service requests.
• Identify cross-service opportunities and strengthen member relationships through education.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.

• Effective research, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies.

• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
