Credit Team Lead

What you will do

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts and provide regular feedback, guidance, and support.
• Resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
• Communicate financial findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
