Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: 14985 Glazier Ave, Apple Valley, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $135,000–$158,000 annually, plus a 15% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Manage relationships and servicing for a less active commercial loan portfolio.
• Identify lending and deposit opportunities and support commercial lender prospect and member calls.
• Monitor portfolio performance, financial reporting, covenant compliance, credit quality, and emerging risks.
• Perform financial analysis for commercial real estate transactions and the broader commercial portfolio.
• Prepare loan documentation, coordinate reviews with external legal counsel, and complete loan closings.
• Prepare problem loan reports and collaborate with credit, operations, and vendors on process and system improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or loan production.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of accounting theory and its application to credit underwriting.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow, industries, competition, and projections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, adaptability, and analytical skills.
