Finance Manager IC- Technology

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, 4 days per week

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual

hirify.global is a retail organization with a Technology Finance function supporting Technology and Product portfolios.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders and support ongoing decision-making.
• Analyze P&L performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, identifying trends and communicating recommendations.
• Lead monthly business reviews and in-year outlooks, highlighting financial insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner on annual planning, scenario analysis, and investment business cases to support prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Own financial inputs, assumptions, and narratives while coordinating with FP&A on forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing/Procurement on capitalization, expense treatment, vendors, and financial governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, preferably in Technology, Engineering, or Product.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including SmartView-enabled Excel environments.
• Experience with Oracle-based ERP systems, SmartView, and Workday.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL, Looker, Anaplan, or Alteryx.
