What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, launch, and lifecycle management of credit enhancement products, including flow MI, bulk MI, and lender CRT.
• Handle customer and partner requests related to credit enhancement solutions and lead customer product initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional business groups to ensure products meet customer needs and support corporate strategy.
• Monitor mortgage industry trends, competitive activity, technical developments, business partners, and government events affecting product strategy.
• Identify business opportunities, conduct research, and formulate recommendations for management.
• Develop budgets and cost-benefit analyses for new and enhanced programs and mentor junior staff when needed.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending, mortgage insurance, or credit enhancement, preferably in marketing or product development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage insurance, mortgage finance markets, industry trends, and emerging initiatives.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s business, products, technologies, customers, and strategic direction.
• Experience with project leadership, business case development, financial analysis, and Excel.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities are required.
