Solutions Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support sales quotas, pipeline development, and revenue goals.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and identify opportunities for AI agents across ERP, transportation management, and other vertical solutions.
• Deliver live demonstrations of prebuilt and custom AIaaS agents and communicate business value, ROI, and competitive advantages.
• Guide customers in designing custom AI agent blueprints and create documentation for scoping, pricing, and delivery handoff.
• Lead handoff meetings with Delivery and maintain customer touchpoints during active engagements.
• Represent the AI practice at customer events, educate internal colleagues, and build proofs of concept.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering, ideally with ERP, supply chain, or enterprise software.
• Ability to carry or contribute to a sales quota.
• Working knowledge of AI agents and large language models, including agent design, orchestration, and deployment.
• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integrations, and SQL for data querying and agent tool design.
• Strong communication, presentation, discovery, documentation, and live software demonstration skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to MCP servers or similar agent-tool integration frameworks.
• Awareness of agent observability and reliability practices, including monitoring, logging, and production quality.
• Experience building or deploying AI agents with Langflow, Make.com, Flowise, or similar tools.
• Background in ERP software, enterprise business applications, or multiple product lines in a sales engineering context.
