Supply Chain / NPI Materials Intern (AI)

Location: On-site at the Longmont, United States product-design campus

What you will do

• Track material readiness, shortages, excess, delivery status, and key milestones for NPI builds.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commodity Management, Planning, Factory teams, and suppliers.
• Analyze material status, supplier performance, and build-readiness data.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools to improve supply-chain visibility.
• Support an AI-enabled Config Plan analytics initiative by documenting business rules, standardizing supply/demand analysis, validating results, and presenting recommendations.
• Identify workflow improvements and help develop dashboards, analytics, and automation flows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must return to classes in Fall 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and analyze data in Microsoft Excel using formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts, or equivalent features.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, and applying AI tools to practical business problems.
• On-site availability in Longmont, United States; no travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, visualization, or automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Python.
• Exposure to SAP or another ERP system.
• Prior AI development experience.
