Fleet Partner Operations Manager

Location: Phoenix, United States; on-site. The role requires 30–40% travel for in-person partner meetings, onboarding, and field visits with technicians.

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with installation and Fleet partners while holding them accountable to quality, timeliness, documentation, and rework standards.
• Run partner performance reviews, develop improvement plans, and maintain scorecards and recurring engagement cadences.
• Review deployment forecasts against partner capacity and negotiate additional technicians, rate structures, capacity agreements, and contract terms.
• Design technician recognition and incentive programs, lead commercial onboarding for new partners, and support technician certification and training initiatives.
• Meet with technicians and partner leaders to identify operational challenges and unblock deployments.
• Translate partner feedback into improvements with Ops Engineering, Dispatch, Fleet Sourcing, Technician Operations, Distribution, and Service Delivery.

Requirements

• Experience building strong partner relationships while maintaining high operational standards.
• Ability to manage performance against clear KPIs and create accountability structures.
• Comfort leading commercial discussions involving rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms.
• Ability to work with field operators and develop systems for partner performance, onboarding, feedback, and capacity planning.
• Availability for on-site work in Phoenix and 30–40% travel is required.
• Clear communication, trust-building, calm execution in complex operational situations, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
