Procurement Manager (Hyperscale Data Centers)

Location: Lomira, WI; project-based assignments throughout North America with approximately 75% travel and long-term onsite work as required.

What you will do

• Lead procurement activities from project pursuit through closeout for civil, structural, utility, electrical, telecommunications, mechanical, and mission-critical infrastructure scopes.
• Develop procurement strategies, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans aligned with project budgets, milestones, and customer requirements.
• Manage sourcing, competitive bidding, supplier and subcontractor evaluation, contract negotiation, awards, and administration.
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors while monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Track market conditions, pricing, lead times, labor availability, deliveries, and supply chain risks affecting project execution.
• Support startup, commissioning, turnover, reporting, continuous improvement, and executive procurement updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, construction management, engineering, business, finance, or a related discipline, plus 7+ years of relevant procurement, supply chain, construction, engineering, operations, or project management experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with large-scale mission-critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, EPC, utility, power, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, logistics, inventory management, construction contracts, and commercial risk management.
• Experience coordinating with preconstruction, estimating, engineering, project controls, accounting, project management, and field operations teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel approximately 75%, and ability to support long-term onsite project assignments throughout North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems and procurement or construction platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle, SAP, or InEight.
